This was Pratt Hobbies' TKM tubular kevlar hand sewn to a 1" flat nylon strap. The thread use was the Kevlar that I tested below.

These threads were overhand Knotted on each end to secure it to the test fixture. On average, the Kevlar did better. (More details on the thread used when it becomes available)
